Star of Bethlehem Venus Jupiter Conjunction and a Full Moon
in Capricorn
If we look to the west this night (June 30th) we
will see Venus and Jupiter - who have been dancing around each other and slowly
getting closer over the course of this month – in a bright conjunction, looking
almost as if they have joined to become one. Astrologically they are not even
1° apart from each other – only 0.3° to be precise.
Astronomers (not Astrologers) call this constellation “Star
of Bethlehem” Conjunction – and, exactly like when this happened the last time
2000 years ago, Venus and Jupiter are right next to the Fixed Star Regulus in
the Zodiac Sign of Leo.
The Moon is not full yet. That will happen tomorrow at 10:20
pm EDT and the Moon will have entered the Zodiac Sign of Capricorn by then.
Since the Goddess of Love – Venus joins the King of Gods –
Jupiter under the Sign of Leo in their heavenly romance, we might be inclined
to interpret this constellation as an indicator for energy that fosters love,
romance, falling in love and magical moments. Yet, these planets are not alone
and the coming Full Moon in Capricorn, lit by a Sun in Cancer is almost aligned
with Pluto.
Full Moons are revealing. This one is revealing the Abyss of
our soul and psyche. With Sun in Cancer it is very likely, that conflicts
within family structures break open and force you to get in contact again with
long forgotten or denied emotions and trauma. You may find yourself reacting
like a child throwing a tantrum and it is likely that you will behave
emotional-irrational like a child. Emotional oppression, emotional blackmail,
attachments and traumas especially within the family or in relationships are
the issues that will rise from the depth of our sub-consciousness. Other issues
that are of importance are obligation and duty.
We can use this Full Moon especially because we have the
Star of Bethlehem Conjunction still coming along with it to let us be guided
through the dark parts of our souls, to find hidden, denied and suppressed
emotion and trauma, to clear it and let it heal by redirecting our self and our
lives in a more positive direction. If we translate the power indicated by the
Star of Bethlehem constellation into the historical content of the biblical
sign, that has guided the three Kings to find the Savior. A newborn in a stall -
soon to change the entire world with his teachings of Love and Compassion. We
can change our whole world today, if we dare to decent into the pits of our
souls to find redemption by enlightening the fears and traumas of our past, that
are still obstructing us and set our path into a brighter direction. Of course
the Full Moon supports all matters of our hearts and souls if we want to break
free of emotional attachments and abuse of power.
Homework: go outside and watch Venus and Jupiter uniting
tonight and use tomorrows Full Moon to decent into the Abyss, to lighten up the
darkest corners of your past and free yourself from emotional attachments to
set your path for a brighter and more positive direction. You can’t miss your “savior”
within – the Star that guided three noble men into a stall is there to light
the path.
